Here's who '60 Minutes' brought in for a doomsday warning (and a thread on why #journalism is dead)

The “Chicken Little” threshold was surpassed long ago when it comes to the media trying to scare everybody to death with warnings that don’t come to fruition, but that has not stopped them from trying. Here’s another example courtesy of “60 Minutes,” which passed along more doomsday alarmism from a longtime fear-monger:

“The next few decades will be the end of the kind of civilization we’re used to.”

“60 Minutes” having Ehrlich (note that they misspelled his name) on to spout his decades-long failed doomsday predictions without challenge is just another nail in the “journalism” coffin.

Paul Ehrlich has been wrong about impending doom for the last few decades.

“60 Minutes” obviously goes by the level of the fear-mongering and not the track record of the person making the claim, or else they’d never again feature people like Ehrlich (or Al Gore for that matter).

The media seem determined to take Ehrlich seriously until he is accidentally correct, which certainly has not yet happened.

Because they rely on fear to weaponize “climate change”. It is the only way they can implement their pro-scarcity, anti-human agenda.
