Elon Musk’s “amnesty” plan to reinstate certain Twitter accounts that were banned under previous ownership has the media doing its thing. Axios even reported that it could put “lives at risk”:

Axios cited the Washington Post, which consulted an expert on the subject to explain why Musk’s moves at Twitter are “existentially dangerous”:
Between the lines: Alejandra Caraballo, clinical instructor at Harvard Law’s cyberlaw clinic, told the Washington Post that Musk’s planned action was “existentially dangerous” for marginalized communities.
“It’s like opening the gates of hell in terms of the havoc it will cause,” Caraballo said.
“People who engaged in direct targeted harassment can come back and engage in doxing, targeted harassment, vicious bullying, calls for violence, celebration of violence. I can’t even begin to state how dangerous this will be.”
Caraballo said Apple and Google should seriously consider “booting Twitter off the app store.”
Other media outlets have also quoted Caraballo to explain why Musk’s move at Twitter could create a dangerous atmosphere.
Meanwhile, Seth Dillon noticed something ironic about this particular online safety expert:
Here we have a call to violent action for the purpose of intimidation (i.e., terrorism) from @Esqueer_, a far-left transgender activist who accuses conservatives of incitement for thinking it's wrong to sexualize, exploit, and mutilate children.

Every single time!
The same person who used this platform to call for violence against sitting Supreme Court justices is now quoted in the Washington Post urging Apple and Google to boot Twitter from the app store because what @elonmusk is doing is dangerous.
You can't make this stuff up. pic.twitter.com/qT3Nn2Rvlp

You can’t make this stuff up because unfortunately, you don’t have to.
Almost a month to the day after the @esqueer_ tweet below, a man was arrested outside Justice Kavanaugh's house and indicted for his attempted assassination.

And now the media’s quoting that person as an expert in rooting out rhetoric with potentially violent consequences? That sounds about right.
Umm wait…
So the expert WaPo, NBC News, Axios etc. cited to justify the idea @elonmusk was allowing dangerous harassment on Twitter and thus the platform should be restricted (https://t.co/Iq6cB8DwlG) used her Twitter to promote harassing SCOTUS Justices? https://t.co/kPCwEFOcSd

We’re shocked — shocked.
The people most in favor of censorship would be crushed if the censorship regime was led by anyone other than themselves.
That is exactly why they fear anyone else in charge. https://t.co/kHfnqVj24S

They don't care. https://t.co/GxMixmnAWy

Apparently not.
