Chris Hayes upset Gov. DeSantis didn't consider illegal immigrants' family or social networks before sending them to MV

The several dozen illegal immigrants that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis sent to Martha’s Vineyard were on the island for only about 24 hours before being sent to a Cape Cod military base:

Which is why, yes, there hasn’t been outrage when migrants are taken to NYC or Chicago, etc, because those are places where they can plausibly 1) make their court dates and asylum interviews 2) be connected with friends, family, or community resources.

Call us crazy, but perhaps people crossing illegally into another country could take these things into account before illegally entering another nation.
