It all started when a South Florida Sun-Sentinel reporter tweeted out a story at The Hill that “Florida’s ‘Don’t Say Gay’ law takes effect today.” The journo was then reminded that “Don’t Say Gay” is not the name of the law:
That's not the name of the law. https://t.co/fdoNJcc16u

The reporter’s response after being informed that “Don’t Say Gay” isn’t the name of the legislation? That’s why the words are in quotes:
A hypothetical quote was offered in response that sums up how so many “journalists” have been helping push the Democrat narrative about Florida’s law:
"We started calling it that and you know, look how many people recognize it" is a pretty amazing admission for a journalist.

The response to that belongs in the Louvre:

If anything sums up the sorry state of the journalist mindset these days, it’s that.
And he’s one of the few Sun Sentinel reporters who did NOT get laid off today

I'm writing about exactly that right now. There seems to be confusion as to why some people might be happy some journalists will lose their platforms, but this exchange is a pretty good encapsulation to explain it.

Bingo.
That’s not real is it?

It’s real, and it’s spectacular!
