Jimmy Kimmel promises 'no malarkey' when 'very elected president' is on his show (malarkey expected anyway)

As Townhall’s Spencer Brown reported last month, President Biden has now gone well over 100 days since doing a sit-down press interview:

Apparently continuing the method he perfected during the 2020 campaign in which his aides kept him insulated in his Delaware basement for months on end, President Joe Biden has now gone 100 days without doing an interview with reporters — mainstream liberal or otherwise.

The last time the President of the United States sat down to answer questions was February 10, when Biden did an interview with NBC’s Lester Holt. Meanwhile, Biden has not been too busy to take frequent long-weekend trips to his homes in Delaware, head to Asia and Europe, or travel around the country touting his few legislative agenda items that managed to make it through the Democrat-controlled Congress. But he won’t face questions when it comes to those pieces of legislation, the many that didn’t make it past his own party on Capitol Hill, or the growing number of crises burdening the American people.

The Biden White House will no doubt consider this upcoming appearance to be a “press interview,” and it’s sure to be a hard-hitting lovefest:

For some reason we’re guessing this interview will be nothing but a full-on malarkey overload:

Very, very VERY elected.

There’s no reason to predict that it will be nothing short of a full-blown malarkey-fest.

The number of softballs in the Kimmel interview are sure to be many.

If Kimmel does ask Biden about the economy, the president will blame Putin while the host just nods along in agreement.

Perhaps that’s because Biden’s people don’t really want very many people to watch?

And the entertainment wing of the Biden White House is happy to help.
