Katie Pavlich helps an unsure Ketanji Brown Jackson decide if an unborn child can feel pain at 20 weeks

The Senate confirmation hearing for President Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson has occasionally featured the judge very carefully avoiding providing answers to certain questions. One example happened after Judge Jackson was asked to define the word “woman” and she replied that she’s not a biologist and therefore not qualified to answer the question.

Later Judge Jackson was asked if an unborn child can feel pain at 20 weeks of development. The non-answer was not entirely unexpected:

“I don’t know”? Fortunately Katie Pavlich was happy to help the nominee be more sure:

One again, the “Party of Science” doesn’t much care for science if it doesn’t suit their preferred narrative.
