During the best part of Tuesday evening’s State of the Union-related events, which was Sarah Huckabee Sanders’ response, the Arkansas governor said she didn’t believe much that she heard from President Biden earlier in the evening:

Biden’s speech was the usual gaslighting that set off BS detectors everywhere, from counting jobs restored after pandemic shutdowns as “jobs created” during his administration to hoping nobody remembers what things were like two years ago:

The New York Post has done a deep-dive fact-check of Biden’s State of the Union, and, as our readers certainly know, the amount of dishonesty on display might have been record-setting:

The lies? The list is so long it could have stretched all the way up to the Chinese spy balloon when it was flying over the U.S.:

The Post’s editorial board’s shredding of Biden’s speech begins this way:
State of the Union speeches are usually pretty scattershot, but President Biden’s 2023 version set a new record.
He ranged across a world of issues without substantively addressing the biggest ones — crime, the border crisis, China, the nation’s looming economic woes — because his record is so weak on all of them.
Instead, he offered lie after lie in a shameless bid to fool the electorate ahead of his 2024 run for re-election. His only “big idea” is to make bogeymen out of the wealthy and offer the American people more freebies, more unsustainable spending.

Um, yeah, that could very well be a record-setting amount of dishonesty in the span of just over one hour. And that last one on the lower right — ouch.
