Rob Reiner, longtime leader of the California chapter of the anti-Trump Resistance, seems to be getting frustrated by the fact that reality isn’t matching up with a script that’s already been written in his head.
Classified documents have now been found at Mar-a-Lago, in President Biden’s garage and in other locations and also at former VP Mike Pence’s house. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed special counsels to investigate the documents possessed by both Trump and Biden. Add it all up and Reiner isn’t letting his dream go quietly into that goodnight
Garland has boxed himself into a political corner. So how about doing something novel. Apply the Law. Indict Trump. Save Democracy.

Reiner’s trying to save the Republic by unequally applying the law and he’s ticked that Garland hasn’t yet played along.
