During the 2016 presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton infamously categorized millions of supporters of her election opponent as being in a “basket of deplorables”:
“You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right?” Clinton said. “The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic—you name it. And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up.”
Clinton generously only put half of Trump’s supporters, or at the time about 37 million people, in that “basket of deplorables.”
On MSNBC today the basket was made a lot larger when one panelist expressed to Jen Psaki and others how frustrating it is to have to find a way to live in a country with 74 million terrible people guilty of the egregious crime of not wanting the country to be taken over by leftists:

The irony is that people who talk like that think the other side is where the bad and intolerant people are.

People who support freedom and constitutional rights are considered threats to some of the people who ironically say they’re trying to “save democracy.”
