D'OH! Stacey Abrams group loses lawsuit based on her refusal to accept a 2018 election loss

After Stacey Abrams lost the Georgia gubernatorial race in 2018 to Brian Kemp, the Democrat candidate conceded gracefully and moved on. Just kidding! You and I know what happened next. A group affiliated with Abrams filed a federal lawsuit, arguing that the election was tainted even though that’s something the Left wants us to believe only Trump does:

Fast forward almost four years and we have yet another judgment that Abrams can dispute. The hits just keep on coming:

No matter how often Abrams declares herself a rightful winner, the losses just keep piling up.

Not when Democrats do it, obviously!

From the Associated Press:

A federal judge on Friday found that Georgia election practices challenged by a group associated with Democrat Stacey Abrams do not violate the constitutional rights of voters, ruling in favor of the state on all remaining issues in a lawsuit filed nearly four years ago.

“Although Georgia’s election system is not perfect, the challenged practices violate neither the constitution nor the VRA,” U.S. District Judge Steve Jones in Atlanta wrote, referring to the Voting Rights Act of 1965. He detailed his reasoning in a 288-page order.

The lawsuit was filed in November 2018, just weeks after Abrams narrowly lost the governor’s race to Republican Brian Kemp. Throughout that contest, Abrams had accused Kemp, then secretary of state, of using his position as the state’s top elections official to promote voter suppression. Kemp vehemently denied the allegations.

Kemp on Friday applauded the ruling, calling it a loss for Abrams.

Well, another loss for Abrams anyway. And hopefully in about five weeks there will be yet another loss for Abrams.

Gee it sure has been a long last few years for Abrams.

Hey, why not!?

The AP can always be counted on to help out with the Dem narrative, even when it’s total BS (as it usually is).
