Charles Payne breaks down the jobs report and it's not quite the huge win Biden & Dems want you to believe

Earlier today President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris took a victory lap after the release of the latest jobs report:

Today’s jobs report shows that the economy added 528,000 jobs in July.
