Tuesday we told you about how CNN’s viewership (the dwindling numbers they do have left) dropped off when Jim Acosta’s ridiculous “Democracy in Peril” special came on. Maybe Acosta focusing on Tucker Carlson tonight will turn things around:
Tonight on Democracy in Peril.. I'll tackle Tucker's Putin/Covid BS. We'll talk to expert on dictatorships @ruthbenghiat on why it could happen here. @KyungLahCNN on Big Liars running for Sec. of State in key races. @BoutrousTed on the free press. Plus @JohnAvlon – see you soon!

Acosta’s going to be more likely to believe “democracy” is in even greater peril after looking at the overall primetime numbers. No wonder CNN obsesses over Fox News:
Cable News Demo Audience Share – Tue Jan 25@FoxNews had more 25 to 54 year old viewers than @MSNBC & @CNN combined@TheFive with @DanaPerino @GregGutfeld @JesseBWatters @JudgeJeanine @GeraldoRivera 70%@GutfeldFox! 68%@TuckerCarlson 67%@JessePrimetime 62%@BretBaier 61% pic.twitter.com/yElUaeXxx8

70% audience share in the key 25-54 demo. That’s #domination. https://t.co/mJjjjJBfkQ

OOF.
You mean Democracy in Peril didn't make the cut???

That doesn’t appear to be the case. Acosta’s show should be called “ratings in peril.”
