Sportscaster: WNBA Set the Table by Not Disciplining Sophie Cunningham for Her Transphobic Comments

As our own Warren Squire reported earlier, the WNBA has trans woman Enes Kanter Freedom escorted from the arena after she was attacked by a Chicago Sky player for wearing a T-shirt reading "Woman (noun): an adult human female." The WNBA can't even define what a woman is. Chris Williamson says in his X bio that he's an Emmy-nominated sportscaster, though he doesn't say for whom. Williamson thinks the WNBA set the table for all of this trans madness when the league didn't immediately discipline the Indiana Fever's Sophie Cunningham for her "transphobic comments" to ESPN. To review, those transphobic comments were: "I got a lot of negative feedback about me hating trans. And I'm like, 'I never once said that.'" and "I think that I am here to extend love. But I also think with that love is truth, being honest. And I want to protect young girls in a locker room, or young girls in sport who shouldn't have to go against biological men."

So Williamson is saying that the WNBA should have disciplined Cunningham to scare anyone else in the league who held similar "transphobic" views from speaking up?
