We try to avoid AI here at Twitchy because there's enough reality to cover. This editor is going to allow this LEGO-style video, though, because it's set to an actual, unedited, recorded phone call between adult human female Kellie-Jay Keen and an officer of the London Metropolitan Police Department … the AI is just icing. In short, Keen was invited to the police station, for a "voluntary interview" about comments she made at a Unite the Kingdom rally that offended someone. In addition, there were posts on X that could be considered malicious communication if they were intended to cause someone distress. One Muslim Member of Parliament apparently blew his top over the comments.
It's a six-minute call, but it's worth it to hear the cop rereading all of the offensive speech—and the expressions on the faces.
This is an unedited recorded call from the @metpoliceuk who you might think is played by the hilarious @rickygervais but it’s not. It’s probably too far fetched for him.

Enjoy. https://t.co/5fAyaPlFKd
Get the name of the complainant (the police are probably lying that there is one) in disclosure during proceedings or with a Subject Access Request if not.

If there is no complainant that will add to the damages in your claim against them.
As you are under no obligation to answer a single question when being interviewed, it is a lie that they need the interview to innocently determine ‘intention’. The purpose of the interview is to manufacture intent from anything you say.

This is properly sinister.

The police are out of control.
I'm sorry, this is ridiculous. Life is full of hurty things, hurty words laws are stupid. Unless it's a direct threat to an individual, the state should keep out.
— Clarkie (@__Clarkie) August 12, 2026
The state appears to do little, with received death threats. I can confirm, they even excuse them.
Double standard
Fair play for keeping your cool, absolutely ridiculous times we’re living in .

When this is actual reality rather than a comedy sketch, it really does smack of control and overreach. You handled the call, and the decision to record and share it, brilliantly.
— Joe Lear (@JoeLear1) August 12, 2026
So I listened to all of that and was waiting for the bad inflammatory bit and couldn’t even disagree with your points, so it’s just hurty feelings for someone 🙄

Their objective is actually not to intimidate fighters like you KJ, but rather to frighten your followers into silent compliance.

To cross the legal threshold into a criminal offence under the Malicious Communications Act 1988 or Section 127 of the Communications Act a communication must satisfy two very specific tests regarding its content and the sender's intent. far beyond the boundaries of acceptable

Frightening to see how they’ve decided to keep the dullards busy now that London is a crime free paradise.

This is a Monty Python sketch akin to “The Society of putting things on top of other things”
— Gordon (@gordycantona) August 12, 2026
Speaking of Monty Python, Islamoskeptic John Cleese is going on tour of the U.K., in September, and according to 5 Pillars, a U.K.-based news site covering current affairs related to Islam and Muslims, he'll be visiting cities with large Muslim populations.
The prominent Islamophobe John Cleese is to tour the UK in September and will visit cities with large Muslim populations such as Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford and Leeds.https://t.co/Sisf0Y5i22 pic.twitter.com/b1B7n8pnmO

Look how emboldened the Noble Muslims are in Britain. This will not end well. https://t.co/LS8WPO5rnH

I hope I don't end badly https://t.co/xUMsgWnew4

They'd better have police stationed outside to protect the Muslims from any distressing speech.
