As Twitchy reported earlier, the Florida House voted to strip Disney’s self-government, which it’s enjoyed since 1967. Whether or not you think it’s “grotesque” for the legislature to do this now, in the wake of the Parental Rights in Education battle, it’s happening, and a lot of liberals are encouraging Disney to pull up stakes and move. Colorado Gov. Jared Polis has invited Disney to build Mountain Disney land in a state where “we don’t meddle in affairs of companies like Disney” — only the affairs of little Christian cake shops.
Brian Taylor Cohen says that Disney should move out of Florida and crash and burn Gov. Ron DeSantis’ re-election bid. That would be quite a feat, as the gubernatorial election is this August. We’re not sure Disney World could pick up and move to another state before then.

Some people are saying it would be great to move Disney World to, say, Atlanta, but what about Georgia’s abortion laws? A woke corporation like Disney wouldn’t do business in a state like that.
