Ben Rhodes afraid we won't get good people if the GOP insists on making confirmations 'dehumanizing and demoralizing'

We’re supposed to forget everything we know about President Biden’s Comptroller of the Currency nominee Saule Omarova, because the only news from her confirmation hearing Thursday was an aside by Sen. John Kennedy about whether he should call her “professor” or “comrade.” That obviously struck a nerve, with the Lincoln Project calling it racist (of course) and the Washington Post accusing Kennedy of reviving the red scare.
