Remember the woman who went viral on TikTok after she had a psychotic meltdown in her car upon hearing that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg had passed away, leaving the nomination of her replacement up to President Trump? She even laid into the Notorious RBG herself for not retiring during the Obama administration instead of selfishly hanging on until death.
As Twitchy reported earlier Saturday, The Hill noted that President Biden will let Justice Stephen Breyer decide when to retire from SCOTUS. That was news to us, as we didn’t know the president had a say in when justices retire. But ever since Breyer came out against packing the court to “balance” it, the calls for his retirement have ramped up. Demand Justice, which is “a progressive movement fighting to restore balance to the courts,” is calling on Breyer to step down so that a black woman can take his place.
