Here’s some breaking Jussie Smollett news from ABC 7 in Chicago. You know how State’s Attorney Kim Foxx threw out the charges against Smollett and sealed his case file? Now Foxx is saying her office never asked for the court file to be sealed … it was just an accident.
BREAKING: State’s Atrorney Kim Foxx says her office did not ask that the court file be sealed, says it was done inadvertently and she believes it is in the process of being unsealed @ABC7Chicago pic.twitter.com/ECrI70JAdG

Then why @SAKimFoxx did the order get amended once it became clear it didn’t include the cops? Do judges usually grant things NO ONE asked for?

How is it possible to inadvertently add conditions? Don’t forms need to be filled out? Doesn’t the judge have to respond to a request?

inadvertently sealed, and again inadvertently followed up with a second order that included the police report? that's the worst excuse ever.

The Cook County clerk’s office told ABC Tuesday they were “shocked” that no written motions were filed with the court in connection with the dismissal of charges against Smollett.
Who did it inadvertently?
— Brian (@EasthampBrian) March 27, 2019
Jussie probably just asked for it personally and the judge said "Done! Anything else we can do?"
— Dan (@DanOfTheCoast) March 27, 2019
So the lies & mistakes just continue to roll out of her office. OMG!!
— MovingForward (@HappyTraveler48) March 27, 2019
Right… ??? Glad the police ‘unsealed’ the files for her.???

Oh and I imagine that all the access logs, computer backups, and video surveillance camera footage just happened to all get wiped clean (like with a cloth) so we will never know how Jussie's records got inadvertently sealed. #Corruption

She's as bad a story teller as Jussie pic.twitter.com/ZPBf7fLVl7

Jussie must have helped her with that tale, it's just soooooo convincing.

Really? Does this debacle ever end? I am sure it wasn’t inadvertently sealed. It was intentionally sealed but now that she received severe blow back, she’s walking back.

This is someone that should definitely not have a future in politics.

Lol, @KimFoxxforSA over the past 36 hours has ruined any chance she had to be reelected. You couldn't kill ur political career if you tried any harder.

Is she in the process of resigning yet?

When the unsealing occurs we’ll see who asked for it. Then she’s pic.twitter.com/fAsRATmoTY
