It must be a slow news night, because not only is CBS News covering one of President Trump’s tweets making fun of Sen. Elizabeth Warren — they’ve actually put together a video explaining the significance of Wounded Knee and how the president made light of it in his tweet.
Oh, and they also headlined their tweet, “WOUNDING TWEET,” because that shows nothing but reverence and respect for the subject matter.

Are we seriously doing this? First the media fact-checks the height of all the hamburgers Trump ordered if they were all stacked on top of each other (not nearly the “mile” he claimed), and now CBS News is going to give a history lesson on the battle of Wounded Knee because Trump name-checked it in a tweet ridiculing Warren’s absence of Native American heritage.
