Media Matters 'researcher' shocked that Katie Pavlich would blame deputy who did nothing

Andrew Lawrence, a senior researcher for Media Matters, took a screencap of Katie Pavlich’s tweet, either because 1) he thought she might delete for some reason, or 2) he didn’t want to tag her in his tweet.

In either case, Lawrence seems shocked that Pavlich would blame the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School resource officer for not entering the building while students inside were being shot.

Yes, there was a madman with an AR-15 in there … not that the deputy who took a position outside the building and waited could have known.

Lawrence does know that the “school resource officer” was an armed sheriff’s deputy and not the guy who refills the staplers, right?

Media Matters really took down Katie Pavlich, huh.
