Actually, it was The Hill, not Fox News, that broke the news Wednesday night about an FBI informant connected to the Uranium One controversy.
That informant “told three congressional committees in a written statement that Moscow routed millions of dollars to America with the expectation it would be used to benefit Bill Clinton’s charitable efforts while Secretary of State Hillary Clinton quarterbacked a ‘reset’ in U.S.-Russian relations.”

However, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson picked up on the story Thursday night, which did not impress CNN’s Chris Cillizza.

That’s true. So, what did Anderson Cooper have on over at CNN? He interviewed Jennie Willoughby, ex-wife of ex-White House staffer Rob Porter.
Wow. The interview that @andersoncooper just did on @CNN with Jennie Willoughby is one of the most powerful compelling needed segments i have ever watched. She is such a brave compassionate woman. Bravo. Must watch.

OK, it’s a must-watch. But is it bad that we’re a little curious about the Uranium One deal? Maybe CNN could debunk it when things are slower?
