Sane person Keith Olbermann sentences Gov. Ron DeSantis to five years in prison 'per victim'

As Twitchy reported earlier, Glenn Greenwald got Hawaii Sen. Brian Schatz to admit that he wasn’t looking to see anyone in prison when he posted the federal kidnapping statute to his Twitter feed — he was “just asking questions” about the legality of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis flying 50 migrants from Florida to Martha’s Vineyard. Guy’s just curious, you know?

As we reported, California Gov. Gavin Newsom wrote to Attorney General Merrick Garland asking him to look into whether DeSantis (and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott) could be indicted on kidnapping charges. Plenty of others have already made up their minds, like Keith Olbermann, who’s even looked up the sentencing “per victim.”

So it was kidnapping and human trafficking, for sure. As far as actual human trafficking at the border is concerned, we’ll just have to wonder if Olbermann is at all concerned.
