It gets better: Racial justice protester charged in shooting appeared on Joy Reid's show covering the March for Our Lives

As Twitchy reported, Louisville activist and journalist Quintez Brown has been charged in a shooting that targeted Craig Greenberg, a Democratic candidate for Louisville mayor. As a journalist, Brown wrote such opinion pieces for the Courier-Journal as, “Kentucky concealed carry law shows your life doesn’t matter to gun-loving Republicans.”

We thought that was the twist ending, but it gets better. The Washington Free Beacon’s Chuck Ross shares that as a high school student and activist, Brown appeared with MSNBC’s Joy Reid to cover the gun control March for Our Lives inspired by the Parkland shooting and said he “loves” David Hogg.

The video is still up on MSNBC’s website. “At the March for Our Lives, high school protester Quintez Brown has a message for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, from his home state of Kentucky: If you don’t give us common sense gun reform, we’re going to vote you out of office. Fellow student organizer Nyah Mattison also shares their potent message with Joy Reid.”
