Gas? Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg asks what we're waiting for, gets his answer

There’s no denying Pete Buttigieg is an optimistic guy with big plans, although we’re not sure what the Transportation Secretary has to do with guaranteed broadband internet. We have no problem with fixing the roads — that actually is infrastructure — but Buttigieg asks what we’re waiting for.

Someone at the New York Times looked out their office window this morning and assured us there are no long lines at gas stations. And Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm assured us there’s no gas shortage, but instead a “supply crunch.”

What else are we waiting for?
