There’s no denying Pete Buttigieg is an optimistic guy with big plans, although we’re not sure what the Transportation Secretary has to do with guaranteed broadband internet. We have no problem with fixing the roads — that actually is infrastructure — but Buttigieg asks what we’re waiting for.
We can fix our roads, guarantee broadband access, expand transit, and connect communities to good-paying jobs. What are we waiting for?

Currently we are waiting for gasoline to drive on said roads and bridges

Sorry Pete, we’re out of gas. Literally

Gas station is out of gas. I have a quarter tank. Drive 40 miles each way to work. I have 3 days of work left this week. Any way the Secretary of Transportation can help?

Little gas would be cool

Oh, we don't need gas when the goal is universal income and everybody stays home….
— CrankyNan (@CrankyNan) May 11, 2021
Someone at the New York Times looked out their office window this morning and assured us there are no long lines at gas stations. And Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm assured us there’s no gas shortage, but instead a “supply crunch.”
He gift wrapped and handed this to you. Absolutely clueless. 😂

OUCH.
Savage. Just savage.

The genius who replaced the fleet of garbage trucks in South Bend with a fleet that can't fit in the alleys is now in charge of transportation during an energy crisis. Great!

The left wing idiots to take everything else out of the "Infrastructure" bill!
— Brien Blackburn (@bburn1) May 11, 2021
Seems like our biggest problem right now is deciding on the definition of infrastructure, I guess.
