Jennifer Rubin, The Washington Post’s “conservative” columnist, has already weighed in heavily on the Brett Kavanaugh nomination: she posited that “Republicans are all about victims going through hell” and she’s holding out for accuser Christine Blasey Ford to finally speak out and give women the message that they have power.
After those hot takes, you’d think she had nowhere else to go, and she does seem to be slowing down in her criticisms of Kavanaugh; by appearing on Fox News to tell his side of the story, he lowered himself to a mere partisan hack.
having done Fox TV (and done is woodenly) he lowers himself to status of partisan hack. Doesn't bother to tell Senate his story first.

So were you equally upset Ford told her story to the Washington Post before she testified?
Or are you a complete hack?
— (((AG))) (@AG_Conservative) September 24, 2018
The correct answer is complete hack

I assume the phrase "partisan hack" was written while looking in the mirror. https://t.co/0zCxzPfbzH

Jennifer Rubin just called someone ELSE a "partisan hack." #StopKavanaugh Twitter really is the worst Twitter. https://t.co/RpaLTqnFPw

I mean, do they actually live on planet Earth? He literally went into the Senate and made a statement as soon as he could. https://t.co/OsNGtjF917

He wanted to tell the Senate his story first last week. The Democrats torpedoed that plan.
But you know this already. https://t.co/hzh7uePuKE

Hasn't he already spoken to Senate investigators? Are you pissy because it wasn't a public hearing? Did you have this same critique of Ford having gone to media first? https://t.co/7MVpxrXXbE
— Charlie (@CharlieJThomas) September 24, 2018
a) He *has* told his story to Senate, as you well know.
b) If the media spent more time calling out actual partisan hacks (or, at a minimum, didn't partake in the hackery themselves), he wouldn't be in a position requiring an active defense posture in the first place. https://t.co/DwrxRk7axW— ᵀᴴᴱ ᴾᴿᴬᴳᴹᴬᵀᴼᴹᴱᵀᴱᴿ (@pragmatometer) September 24, 2018
Jen, he testified before the Senate for 31 hours and responded to more than 1,200 written questions, during which Dems said nothing. And those attacking him have kept trying to push back the hearing.
This is just partisan hackery of which you should be ashamed. #JudgeKavanaugh https://t.co/lurOiSC6xk

You mean the 1300 questions he answered or the 40 hours of Senate hearings you unbelievable hack? https://t.co/LBVymqc03p

Democratic Senators chose to forgo asking Kavanaugh questions when they knew about the accusation but didn’t disclose it. He has the right to deny the allegations, woodenly, or in any manner he chooses. That is fundamental to our system of justice. https://t.co/07diUC5JQv

He said he wanted to testify last Tuesday, but Democrats are holding the door closed. And if he'd gone on the same network you do, you would not be saying this. https://t.co/LwCi8rXgbM
