'I ain't leavin' office next week': Michael Moore shares his fantasies during Obama's farewell speech

Michael Moore took to Twitter Tuesday night as President Obama gave his farewell speech:

Ok admit it, some of u r thinking,I hope he ends with: "The conspiracy theorists were right about 1 thing: I ain't leavin' office next week"

— Michael Moore (@MMFlint) January 11, 2017

This isn't so much a "farewell speech" (he ain't goin' anywhere) as it is a lecture in how democracy works to one Donald J. Trump.

He also responded to this comment by President Barack Obama:

President Obama: "Lace up your shoes and do some organizing." https://t.co/RFu9Dviq9r

"Lace up your shoes, grab a clipboard, show up, dive in." There u go. That's how Trump will be stopped every step of the way. #citizens

Seems the crowd also wanted more Obama:

Crowd chants “four more years!” during Obama’s final speech. @POTUS: “I can’t do that.” https://t.co/lQsZyz9iwS https://t.co/rVIxpsyMol

They should consider this:

.@POTUS has spent 4% of his presidency in the air on Air Force One https://t.co/J5e8K3mpYJ

White House says @potus has spent 2,799 hours or 116 days aboard Air Force One
