Saturday was the fourth nationwide ‘No Kings’ protest event. The first protest was on June 14 of last year. This time, turnout was down. We can blame waning interest and the aging participants who are dying off. Many have noticed that these rallies are a sea of gray and white but not black and brown.
Let’s see if rally-goers can explain why. (WATCH)
HAPPENING NOW: No Kings protests in Seattle are much smaller this time around.

But one thing remains the same. The vast majority of participants are baby boomers and white. @choeshow is on the ground right now trying to figure out why this movement lacks so much diversity and… pic.twitter.com/AyNeU7WPdf

demographic old enough to still watch and trust CNN as their source of news

I live in an area with some of these idiots.

They believe everything the Seattle Times and CNN tell them.
They're reliving their hippie days.
This is how they find a friend group (I see them chatting on the Edmonds Way/100th corner).
They think they're brave but are tools.
The demographics of this Democrat demonstration are demonstrably white and gray.
These rallies are mostly elderly Boomers singing lame protest songs, trying to relive their past protesting glories. (WATCH)
The No Kings rallies are officially kicking off, and Bluesky already has the footage proving that, yet again, we were right.

Everyone meet the Raging Grannies of Northwest Arkansas. Sun hats. Folding chairs. Song sheets. Little American flags. A walker in the back. Their banner… pic.twitter.com/s0kO6hw8bH

They emptied out the nursing home for this.
My generation is so embarrassing. They think they’re part of Woodstock generation for free love & against the man yet all they’re promoting is communism.

Many don’t even know why they’re so angry.
Here’s an old protester and a rare minority one. Do these two sound like people who know why they’re wasting their Saturday? (WATCH BOTH — LANGUAGE WARNING)

Nothing to see here. Just another leftist protester saying Trump is taking women’s and black people’s rights, yet can’t point to a single one.

We live in a clown world. pic.twitter.com/0RDn4Rhob7
Blacks are not losing rights. No citizens at these get-togethers are under any threat. President Donald Trump is neither a king nor a dictator.
There’s clearly no real rebellion, just a chance to be lazy and party in the streets. (WATCH)
The "No Kings" demonstration in Los Angeles turned into a dance party for its final two hours, as a Spanish band played and protesters danced in place.@TaylerUSA | @TPUSA pic.twitter.com/ynMQVhABhq

These protests are a drag in more ways than one. (WATCH)

Well, the protests are working because we still don’t have a king.

Sure, that’s why.
