Court to decide on lawyers' conflict of interest in John Edwards trial

Federal court officials will decide this week whether some of the defense lawyers in the John Edwards criminal trial have a conflict of interest.

According to a report from the Associated Press, two lawyers on the defense team for the embattled former presidential candidate have previously represented his one-time mistress, Rieille Hunter, in a case involving the ownership of a sex tape.
