Glass half full: Andy Levy says Chris Brown is making progress

As Twitchy reported, singer Chris Brown was arrested and put in jail this morning on a felony assault charge. Brown’s victim was male, which as Fox News’ Andy Levy notes, is preferable to beating up women.

But why stop there? Perhaps the R&B star can progress one step further:
