There's an Iron Dome on the Jerusalem outskirts. Probably for calibration drills. Unlikely Israel sees an immediate West Bank rocket threat.

Update: It is reportedly just a “routine exercise”:
According to [Channel 2], the deployment came as part of a routine exercise. The IDF deploys Iron Dome batteries in different areas according to situation assessments.
