Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., clashed after embattled former IRS official Lois Lerner refused to testify about IRS targeting of Tea Party groups. The disagreement spilled onto Twitter as liberals excoriated Issa for adjourning the hearing and cutting off Cummings’ mic as he was speaking (starting at 1:57 in the video above). Among those raking Issa over the coals was tennis legend Martina Navratilova:
