Rachel Dolezal — sorry, Nkechi Amare Diallo — is determined to milk every last second of her 15 minutes. Tonight, she’s taking her act to the BBC:
“I believe the word ‘transracial’ has become socially useful.”

Judging by the reaction so far, people are really open to hearing what Nkechi has to say:

pro-tip: when doing a package on race and experiences as a black woman, probably best to book a black woman. This is pantomime

Should have got a black woman to interview her, now you've got two white women talking about how to be a black woman pic.twitter.com/rC6HOACjSF

This white woman has made career pretending to be a black woman! Transracial my arse! #culturalappropriation
— Laverne Anderson (@laverne742) March 27, 2017
This is not legitimate discussion on race. This is simply catering to the white gaze; who find her mysterious.
— Dr Annabel ??♀️ (@SoSowemimo) March 27, 2017
I can assure you we don`t. We find her f****** weird.
— Jo H (@JoHYork) March 27, 2017
This is just getting silly
— Will Neill (@NillWeill) March 27, 2017
Nuts.

sorry… no… this woman is not sane

I'm pretty open-minded but this person is completely bonkers! https://t.co/4ukU43Fevx

Basically, yeah.
Rachel Dolezal will be a case study on how doubling down indefinitely will eventually get people to accept (and even support) your delusion.

Oh Lord … please no.
