Remain calm! All is well! The Biden administration cares very much about the laws, which is totally why they’re reportedly set to institute a border restriction when Title 42 expires that’s very similar to a Trump-era one that Joe Biden himself vocally opposed.
Although it’s not entirely clear why would need such a restriction, seeing as Alejandro Mayorkas himself is refusing to call what’s going on at our southern border a “crisis,” per se. Apparently he literally ain’t got time for that:
