Celebrities are frequently all too willing to grab their pitchforks and link arms with the mob — until it comes for them. The mob recently came for director James Gunn, who drew fire for old “jokes” about child rape and pedophilia. As a result of the outcry, Gunn was axed from his directorial duties on “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.”
And now, the GotG stars have banded together to try to get Gunn another chance:
