As Twitchy told you earlier, when he was confronted about Monica Lewinsky during his TODAY Show interview, Bill Clinton got defensive and painted himself as the victim. Because of course he did. And while a lot of women have excused his behavior over the years — including many women in the #MeToo movement — Rose McGowan isn’t letting Clinton get away with the spin:
