President Obama has signed the $16.3 billion Veterans’ Access to Care through Choice, Accountability and Transparency Act of 2014, which is supposed to improve care at VA hospitals. But Wounded Warrior J.R. Salzman isn’t convinced that this will actually do anything to fix our broken, scandal-plagued VA system:
