The havoc wreaked on this country by liberalism is undeniable and, frankly, downright dangerous to ignore. Conservative Texas blogger Kathleen McKinley is disgusted with the Left’s desire to fundamentally transform America, and this morning, she shined some much-needed light on how liberal policies are destroying our cherished notions of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness:
@jzipple @Pontifex We are not taking care of the poor, we have created a culture of drugs, poverty, and despair.

Nearly HALF of the mortgages Obama bailed out in 2009 have defaulted. http://t.co/ztRhjWJG3V

How much of our $$$$ has this admin poured into a hole of failure. It makes my blood boil.

I've worked with HHS & other programs that help the poor. Our good intentions have paved the way to hell.
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
Instead of helping the truly poor our $$ gets wasted on drug addicts, scam artists, and able bodied.

We give money 2 mothers who see no need 2 marry the fathers. We keep families from taking care of each other."Let the govt take care of them"
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
We have let govt programs become breeding grounds for drugs and despair. A complete restructuring is needed.

My best friend works at UPS. She hears them selling & trading food stamps ( which is a Visa card now)
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
He has $100 of food stamps, sells them for $50. He makes $50, & the other guy gets $100 of food for $50.

Do u watch "Intervention?" 9 out of 10 times, the drug addict is on govt assistance using the money to buy drugs.
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
So, we, the taxpayer, are literally funding this horror of drug addiction. They supplement by stealing always.

@thejamesongirl In one episode they shop lift at Walgreens, and then return the merchandise to another for cash. this is their "job"
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
.@thejamesongirl In ALL the episodes none of them work. Most on "disability" Altho I see no disability other than they are drug addicts.
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
@hale_razor The drug commerce.
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
If you really want to see where our taxpayer money goes that is supposed to help the poor, watch 'Intervention' on A&E. It's free on IPad.
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
@hale_razor http://t.co/sdtNz83WC9 They then sell them for drugs.
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
Why we Americans just put up with this is beyond me.
— Kathleen McKinley (@KatMcKinley) August 5, 2013
It’s time we fundamentally transform America — back into the great nation it was always meant to be.
