Ed Markey thought nine was the right number of Supreme Court Justices back when Dems were holding out hope for Supreme Court Justice Merrick Garland. But now, salivating at the prospect of packing SCOTUS with more liberal justices, Markey’s not satisfied with nine anymore? He needs 13? Until he decides that 13 isn’t enough, either?
