'So reckless and stupid'! Sherrod Brown 'fanning the racial flames' with garbage take on Abrams vs. Kemp [video]

As if the midterms weren’t messy enough, here’s Sherrod Brown dishing up a heaping helping of bullsh*t with regard to Stacey Abrams’ beef with her GOP opponent Brian Kemp:

"If Stacey Abrams doesn’t win in Georgia, they stole it,” @SherrodBrown says at @NationalAction. "It's clear."

Listen for yourselves:

Sen. Sherrod Brown, fanning the racial flames at the National Action Network conference: "If Stacey Abrams doesn’t win in Georgia, they stole it. It's clear, I say that publicly. It's clear." pic.twitter.com/PombZetV19

That’s really helpful, Sherrod. Truly.

The best part is that Brown reiterates his claim… TWICE!

No one can say he misspoke.

He 100% meant what he said, and he himself clarified it.

He’s genuinely proud of himself for peddling this crap.

Incredibly reckless and irresponsible statement. https://t.co/y8ILDr0qMj

This is so reckless and stupid (and incorrect factually) that I would expect it from Donald Trump, not Sherrod Brown. Shameful and false is a bad combo, my dude. https://t.co/GZdBLfKsOG

The recent rhetoric of Brown, and often other Democrats, trying to delegitimize election results is awfully dangerous. Maybe the most openly authoritarian move Democrats have made since winning the House.https://t.co/zO2Llf8Gil

The notion that Abrams was robbed by a racist opponent is both wildly irresponsible and innumerate. https://t.co/vmC7ACQi3v pic.twitter.com/weoyLRQmg3

He's got his finger on the pulse of the liberal electorate, I'll give him that.

Fair.

love questioning the integrity of an election when things don't go your way https://t.co/IS0J9n5m3H

Disputing the outcome of an election is a good thing now

— Kyle (@703Kyle) November 14, 2018

I thought statements like that were undermining our democracy or something.

— Ken Snyder (@KenSnyder4) November 14, 2018

I thought we were supposed to respect the outcome of elections? Or does that only apply when a Dem wins?

— Jeff Smith (@Jeffsmith5084) November 14, 2018

It’s getting more and more difficult to keep track.

Nice to see both sides working to undermine the legitimacy of our elections… https://t.co/QPWXmSdqNi

— Stephen Gutowski (@StephenGutowski) November 14, 2018

Both sides need to knock off this "stole" nonsense. https://t.co/MQvVN0NZpD

— Michael Freeman (@michaelpfreeman) November 14, 2018

Seriously.

Really shocking and irresponsible of Dems to call into question the integrity of our elections! https://t.co/Pnj99xmgOK

— Comfortably Smug (@ComfortablySmug) November 14, 2018

Make no mistake, Dems are trying to delegitimize elections, and undermine our democracy and the rule of law!

— Comfortably Smug (@ComfortablySmug) November 14, 2018

Stop this ride. We want off.
