Democratic Reps. Don Beyer and Suhas Subramanyam of Virginia were asked point-blank about the illegal immigrant who just stabbed a Fairfax County mother to death and tried to set her on fire.
Beyer pleaded ignorance of the “specifics” while insisting serious felons get turned over to ICE (spoiler: that’s not how it works in their sanctuary world).
Subramanyam managed to pivot in record time from “hold criminals accountable” straight into complaining that ICE is the real problem for supposedly targeting “law-abiding American citizens.”
Nothing says prioritizing public safety like using a brutal murder as a springboard to attack immigration enforcement.
