Oh look, the Pod Save America crew is out here hyping “momentum” for the progressive wing after Michigan’s primary night, where a razor-thin 1-point squeaker against a moderate who somehow survived $60 million in outside spending is being spun as proof the far left is unstoppable.
Not to mention good ol' Chris Hayes, rocking a hot-pink tank top, chunky gold chain, and full early-2000s NSYNC cosplay like he just wandered off a boy-band reunion stage, is on hand to assure everyone that the polls being spectacularly wrong somehow makes it even more of a progressive triumph — because nothing says “the Democratic primary electorate has spoken” quite like barely scraping by while the general election against an actual Republican is still waiting in the wings.

All of that being said, most people on X aren't really focused on what Hayes said here because they are completely and totally distracted by THAT TANK TOP.
And the chain.
So many laughs ...
That is such a cute top! Where did you find it? Splill! pic.twitter.com/ORaPk2S7wD

Not a meme, so much, but it's really perfect.

I usually scoff at "trans women are women" but seeing this clip of Chris has me reconsidering pic.twitter.com/cdNTQ7N3L2

It's only fair, you know?
Good thoughts here from one of my favorite progressive thinkers who for some reason is dressed like a woman. https://t.co/tl8ocwcvk9

He's living HER truth ... heh.
What’s going on here with this aesthetic?
— Coddled Affluent Professional (@feelsdesperate) August 10, 2026
I feel like libs are cracking up.
Libs had almost complete aesthetic and cultural dominance from ~1960-2020.
Now they can’t do anything right and everything they do looks awful. https://t.co/fXBGgs6fTD pic.twitter.com/m44hfjkOqn
lol Why is he dressed like he hustles coke at a gay bar? https://t.co/M4KPEoremf
