Is there such a thing as quadrupling down because BOY HOWDY, Rep. Ilhan Omar just keeps making things worse and worse about her comments regarding 9/11. Someone should tell the junior representative how much further she would get if she just apologized for her comments (cough Nancy Pelosi cough) but we know they won’t do that anytime soon.
Did Ilhan really think this would go well for her?
We are all Americans. This is endangering lives. It has to stop. pic.twitter.com/gwB2kDUIRp

BUUUUT TRUUUUUMP.
Good gravy.
She has learned absolutely NOTHING and once again the pushback was monumental.
Some people said some things. https://t.co/X6eSsLIfML

Right?
What’s the big deal, Ilhan? Some people said some things.
Psh.
When someone shows you who they are, believe them. pic.twitter.com/0DNGYNpEUX

True story.
Try this: "I apologize for my insensitive remarks on the devastating tragedy which occurred on September 11, 2001. My choice of words was poor & I regret that they hurt so many affected by that tragedy. Americans should never forget, but we should always look to a better future."

Dang, Ilhan should listen to this Dustin Craig person … this was good. And exactly what she SHOULD have said from the very beginning.
You know the violent rhetoric you speak of was your own words right? Glad to hear you finally admit that what you said was hate speech that endangers lives. Next maybe you'll apologize. Doubt it though, you'll probably continue to blame others as you say more disgusting things.

Seems to be her M.O.
Instead of apologizing for ANOTHER one of your disgusting remarks, you do the progressive democratic thing and blame President Trump
Why do you constantly blame everyone else for the problems caused by that big hole in your face always blabbing ignorance?
You are the problem

It’s all they know how to do.
Blame, deflect, play the victim.
See AOC.
And also stop blaiming it on the president

1. No one deserves death threats.
2. Presenting this as if the president spoke in a vacuum — and not in response to your ill-conceived and highly-offensive trivialization of Americans killed by terrorists — is disingenuous.
You used 9/11 as a prop to make yourself the victim.

Couldn’t have said it better ourselves. ^
