D'OH! UN _Women wants to fight gender bias by removing gender-specific nouns, there's just ONE PROBLEM

UN Women is a group working to do away with gender bias. And one of their big solutions is to do away with gender-specific nouns.

And they tweeted this without the least bit of irony.

Women. Right? Whacha gonna do?

You’d think the person writing that tweet would have looked at their handle and thought, ‘You know what, we use a gender-specific noun in our Twitter handle.’

But nope.

Crazy broads.

Or they should at LEAST change their Twitter handle to something like UN_Person.

You know what, never mind, just deactivating is a far better solution.

One and the same.

That is super gender-neutral.

We had a similar reaction.

This is so confusing.
