The Left was all a-flutter after Meryl Streep stood up in front of bunch of her Liberal peers and talked about mean ol’ Trump without ever having the actual courage to say his name. BUT HEY, that’s political defiance or something because she was totes brave to talk smack about the president in a room full of people who also dislike him.

It absolutely DOES make her braver. Kidman has to know her opinion will be met with much fussiness in her Hollywood circles and yet she still had the cojones to say it.
