Democratic Rep. David Cicilline (yeah, we hadn’t really heard of him either) seems to think it’s easier to buy an AR-15 than it is to buy Sudafed.

This is a Congressman essentially admitting he does not even know the gun laws in his own state.
How does he not even check to see that Rhode Island has background checks and 7 day waiting period to buy guns?!
