We know, we know, another story about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez … she just makes it so easy.
The irony of her arguing that people without experience should have no place at the table when talking about climate change is just too thick to ignore, even for this editor.
How about if
a) You aren’t a scientist; or
b) Have no interest in citing scientific consensus on climate change; or
c) Are financed by groups with a proven interest in denying climate science,Then you shouldn’t have a seat at the table w/ people addressing climate change.

How about if
a) You’re never been elected before; or
b) Have no interest in really discussing how you pay for free stuff’; or
c) Are obviously in over your head,
Then you shouldn’t have a seat at the table w/people addressing anything.
*shrug*
I’m not an expert on the Middle East but let me blather on about the Palestinian state. Sounds eerily familiar, no?

She had to know this wouldn’t go well.

Since you’re ignorant on every subject why don’t you just sit down.

See what we mean? Seriously, this chick has got to be trolling, no one is this dense about all things.
Cool.
Cuz I'm a scientist and a tax payer.
So my contrarian ass gets a seat.

We saw Contrarian A*s open for Cranky Old Broads back in 99.
You work for us as an elected official. You do not get to choose who sits and talks at our table about issues that may or may not happen 30, 50, or 100 years from now.

Let’s then exclude scientists who get government grants. Because if they come to the conclusion that doesn’t fit governments narrative then they lose funding. So you come to the conclusion that keeps you employed. Sounds fair.

Are you seriously advocating denying people a voice in a very critical discussion that effects us all? Did you really just say that?
— Texas Knight (@TXKnights) November 26, 2018
Yes, yes she did.
Welcome to 2018.
