Huh, it almost sounds like Senator Dianne Feinstein is worried about who Trump might pick to fill Kennedy’s SCOTUS seat. Perhaps it’s because she knows thanks to her buddy Harry Reid it really doesn’t matter if she opposes the pick because there’s not much the Democrats can do to stop it.

If Dianne really cared about SCOTUS she’d be pushing for Roe to be overturned because she’d understand the law is not Constitutional in the first place. This is something that should be left to the states to decide, not the federal government.
