Well, he had to land somewhere, we suppose.
Less than a week after being released by the New England Patriots, wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has signed with the Miami Dolphins.
The deal is reportedly for one year, but it may be all the Dolphins need to create the buzz around the franchise that they’ve been lacking over the past decade.
Ochocinco’s tenure with the Dolphins will definitely drive ratings for Miami’s appearance on the HBO show, “Hard Knocks”.
Chad Ochocinco's deal with the Dolphins is for one year, per source.

Darrelle Revis vs. Chad Ochocinco twice a year again. Over/Under on Chad's catches in two Jets-Dolphins games this season: 4. Yards: 65 #nyj

Chad Ochocinco's first congratulatory call was actually from Terrell Owens asking if Chad could spot him 20 bucks.

The Patriots won't play the Dolphins until Week 13. Who knows what team/TV show Ochocinco will be on by then.

RT @adbrandt Sense Ochocinco will be on Dolphins during August and Hard Knocks. As for being on the team in September, better question.

Give Ochocinco this — He was on Hard Knocks before, with Cincy in 2009, and it didn't keep that team from making the playoffs.

Dolphins signed #Ochocinco? I'm available to drop hail mary's, too, so my contracts probably in the mail.
