Just a day after swearing off Twitter for life, Miami Marlins manager Ozzie Guillen felt the need to stir up some controversy yet again, this time crossing sports boundaries and attacking Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade.
The Heat guard is already under criticism because of the dismissive way he treated Miami coach Erik Spoelstra during a timeout in a Game 3 loss to the Indiana Pacers.
But of course, Guillen had to get involved.
“I will kick his ass,” Guillen told reporters Friday. “Well, I won’t say I’ll kick his ass. They’ll kick my ass because they’re bigger than me, and I’m older. But I will take my chances. Some people have to understand our job.”
As long as he’s calling out Miami sports legends, I wonder if he has anything to say about Dan Marino?
