Alabama fan charged for world's most expensive cup of tea

I’m getting that right, right?

Following Alabama’s BCS championship win over LSU on Jan. 9, this silly-goose Crimson Tide fan decided to add insult (and possibly herpes) to injury by “teabagging” a mostly-unconscious and understandably down-trodden Tigers fan.

And then an Orleans Parish grand jury indicted 32-year-old Brian H. Downing on one count each of sexual battery of a male victim and obscenity.

The court bond has been set at $50,000.

I wonder if it was chamomile?
